Family Photo Requirement For Families:

ï           ONE photo with ALL family members making aliyah together

ï           Everyone who's immigrating should be in the same picture

ï           This is separate from the individual passport photos

Photo Specifications:

ï           **Good quality **- clear, in focus

ï           **Recent **- taken within the last 6 months ideally

ï           Color photo

ï           **Digital photo is acceptable **- you can email/upload it

Practical Tips:

1.        Setting:

◦           Can be casual (home, outdoors, etc.)

◦           Doesn't need to be professional studio quality

◦           Just make sure everyone's faces are clearly visible

2.        What to Wear:

◦           Neat, presentable clothing

◦           Nothing overly formal required

3.        Composition:

◦           All faces should be visible

◦           Good lighting

◦           No one cut off or blocked

◦           Can be taken with a phone camera (as long as quality is good)

4.        Digital Format:

◦           JPEG or PNG

◦           High enough resolution to see faces clearly

◦           Usually 1-2 MB file size is fine

**Easy Solution: **Have someone take a nice family photo with a smartphone - that's perfectly acceptable as long as it's clear and includes everyone.
